Ordered this for my neice for Xmas. She's 11. This is the one she wanted out of a few she started out liking. Had some issues with shipping and/or tracking initially, seller was super helpful. The product itself deserves a good review as it tuned up well ans played smoothly. No rough fret edges. Good sound. All knobs worked. Nice lil Amp and extras. All in all a quality beginner set as advertised.I do have 1 sort of major issue though. I received the guitar a couple weeks before Xmas and opened the box up to make sure it was proper color and model. Didn't take it out of the bag. Figured I'd wait til it was opened for xmas. Xmas rolls around. Neice opens guitar. Strings are all over the place so I go to set it up and there's a big dirty piece of blue painters tape stuck on the guitar body with the words 'paint blemish' written on it with an arrow pointing to a drip of paint beside the pickguard. Like somebody else returned this guitar once previously and put that tape on there then they just re-sent it out without looking at it or anything. Kinda grimey feeling when you buy something that's supposed to be new and it turns out to be a scratch and dent type instrument. Have contacted seller again hoping to have this resolved somehow. Neice is keeping guitar either way. Paint blemish is tolerable. The matter of the business ethics is a totally dif story. I have bought 2 guitars from this seller so far. I really like them as a go to starter guitar when it comes to neices or nephews or lil bro asking for a guitar now and then.
